Ingrediënten Za’atar Bloemkool met Feta
Voor de bloemkool:
- 1 grote of 2 kleine bloemkolen in kleine roosjes gesneden
- 4 theelepels za’atar-kruiden
- olijfolie
Voor de opgeklopte feta:
- 1 el za’atar-kruiden
- 1 el extra vierge olijfolie
- 1 el vers citroensap (van 1 citroen)
- 250 gram feta
- 100 gram roomkaas
- 1 teentje knoflook
- 2 theelepels verse dille, fijngehakt
- Garneer eventueel met verse peterselie en / of the spice club topping.
Bereiding Za’atar bloemkool met feta
Oven voorverwarmen:
- Verwarm de oven voor op 200°C en bekleed de bakplaat met bakpapier.
Bloemkool bereiden:
- Meng in een grote kom de bloemkoolroosjes met 60 ml olijfolie, 2 el za’atar en optioneel 1 tl zout.
- Verspreid de bloemkool gelijkmatig over de bakplaat.
- Plaats de bakplaat in het midden van de oven en rooster de bloemkool gedurende 45 minuten, of tot de roosjes goudbruin en gaar zijn.
Opgeklopte feta maken:
- Doe de feta, roomkaas, knoflook, dille, 1 el za’atar, 1 el olijfolie en het citroensap in een keukenmachine of blender.
- Mix tot een gladde en romige massa. Voeg eventueel een klein beetje water bij als de saus te dik is.
Serveren:
- Schep de opgeklopte feta in een serveerschaal of op een bord.
- Leg de geroosterde bloemkoolroosjes erop of ernaast.
